Currently we are experiencing an extraordinary high number of requests in our service centre.  As the situation is still evolving, airlines and other travel partners are continuously reviewing their policies.

We are working around the clock to accommodate every customer. However, we are facing very long waiting times. Travelers holding tickets with departures up to April 30, 2020 (include) are entitled:
change their tickets for departures by 30/12/20* With No change fees

* According to the various airlines' change policies.

** Differences in fares may apply.

** The Airlines has the right to change the policy at any time.
